motivation:
we are in desperate need for doctors: we play in a school for those teenagers that have mental disorders - so obviously there must be those working with them.

She's silent and understanding and when she's your counselor, it's easy to get a connection to her. She's good with teenagers, makes even the worst of them open up to her. She is very smart, always able to find a way out for everyone. She wants to help everyone, and even though she's always in perfect control, seeming almost too collected, she's not as strong as she seems to be.

She's calm, almost shy on the first view. She likes to stand in the background and just watch, let things happen. But she's everything but a little wallflower. She's not afraid of hard work and a lot of responsibility. Quite on the other hand: she's a fighter, a leader. She knows what she's doing. This doctor has been through hell of a lot in her life, but nothing has ever been getting her down. She's a fighter, and that makes her a role model for her young patients. She's lost a lot but is still standing, and her view on life is quite positive: she enjoys the little things. She knows that progress is important and pressures many of her patients a lot - knowing they can do it with a little support.

He's a bit of a sunshine: pretty and cute, with a good heart and a good will that includes everyone. Some people might not take him serious in his job: he's young and doesn't have as much experience, and his personality just doesn't seem to fit in a mental hospital. He does fit though, and he'd do everything to prove it. In private, he's a guy you can easily get accustomed to, and he's got many friends which he loves dearly.

A silent and often brooding character. He's not easily fooled, and he has that natural authority that makes you shiver in his presence. There's a reason he's the head doctor of CHS, and it's that he would do everything that's in his power to cure his patients. It's not always obvious that he's one of the good people, but he is.
